August 22, 2012 It can always get worse. Today, dear readers, I witnessed a teenager riding his bicycle into oncoming traffic while "textting". No helmet. No headlamps or reflective material of any kind. Completely oblivious of the danger in which he readily, and seemingly eagerly, placed himself.
