DESERVE- to have a right to because of acts or qualities; be worthy of...

Deserves…

In the immortal words of Clint- bite the bullet- Eastwood, "Deserves ain't got nothin' ta do with it."

I find, especially when dealing with the brain-frozen public, that there are a whole lot of you out there who think they deserve something; whatever that "something" may be. Whether it be cuts in line, preferential treatment of any and all kind, the choicest cut of beef, or the best bottle of merlot it doesn't real matter. What does matter is the fact that people, black to white, red to brown, fat to skinny, dirty to clean, smelly to redolent, think they deserve a, if you will, free ride, or even a "fair shake".

I've got news for you folk… "DESERVES AIN'T GOT NOTHIN' TA DO WITH IT." You deserve nothing. Just like me. You work, and work hard for what you have and achieve. Things are not passed down to you like priceless heirlooms. There are very few of us who actually win the lottery. The rest, myself included, have to work for a living. And that, in and of itself, is the one of the most honorable and courageous things we can do with ourselves.

So, stop thinking your special. You ain't.

Stop expecting others to cater to your desires and needs. They won't.

Stop thinking we care what you have to say. I, sure as shit, don't.

Stop your petulant whining and insipid complaints. Once again, I don't care.

Stop acting like infuriating children and start acting like rational, intelligent adults.

The people (and I use the word "people" extremely loosely… these, "people", are more like slavering, mutated, in-bred, humpbacks) I deal with on a daily basis need a serious, if I may coin a phrase, "reality check". I've never seen such a pathetic menagerie of weeping malcontents. I swear to you, my job can be summed up in three words: ADULT DAY CARE.

Thus ends another chapter of the world as seen by Kevin.
