For the love of everything horrific and good in the world, where do movies like Smile come from? Smile is boring, uninspired, slow-paced (and not in a good way), predictable, and pretentious. And with almost two hours of run time it is also long-fuckin'-winded. Go ahead and put Parker Finn with Ari Aster as two of the worst film makers in horror history. We didn't even make it past a half-hour before turning this boring lump of crap off.
Smile is bad. Imagine It Follows (see my review), but actually worse. Therefore it gets my dread RICE CAKE review.
