"The Imitation Game" is as good as it gets: great script, great direction, great acting, great cinematography. Cumberbatch is fast becoming one of my favorite character actors; he is on a level with Guy Pierce, Russel Crowe, and Kurt Russel. I love Sherlock, thought he was great as Khan, and enjoyed his voice over of Smaug. What's wonderful about his performance in this movie is that there is not an ounce of any of those characters in his portrayal of Alan Turing. Not to mention the fact that the subject matter, of which I was blissfully ignorant, is one of the most interesting I have come across in some time. And it actually happened!
Watch "The Imitation Game". It gets a FOUR COURSE MEAL review.
