The movie, TAKE SHELTER, is wonderful. Wonderful story, wonderful direction, wonderful acting, wonderful music, and wonderful cinematography. It is subtle and magical and moves at a steady, unimpeded, assured pace. Michael Shannon is superb, as are all the supporting cast. The film is riveting in its slow, understated ambience, and the characters are more than likeable, they are real. The story will keep you guessing and wondering until the very end.
Watch this movie. I give it a FOUR COURSE MEAL review.
