"The Cabin in the Woods" is a Joss Whedon film, through and through, and it shows. The writing is smart and funny, the dialogue clever without any pretension whatsoever. He didn't direct the film, but it certainly feels as if he did. It pays homage to a number of horror movies, namely the "Evil Dead" series. Not to mention that the horror is indeed, horrific. This movie is for us, for geeks. For those tried and true dark fiends that love a little blood and gore with there horror film. It is great, bloody fun, and you would be horribly remiss if you were to miss this film.
"The Cabin in the Woods" gets a high FAST FOOD MEAL review. I loved it!
