What's to say, really? "No Country for Old Men" is brilliant, as are the majority of the Coen brothers' films. You truly do yourself a disservice if you do not see this film. This is as good as it gets, and as entertaining as they come. It is almost a perfect film. The only reason I don't just come out with it and state indubitably that it's perfect is because of my own insecurity and belief that nothing is perfect -- except, of course, maybe for this bloody film!
I mean, what's to say! This is going to be a boring review- very, very boring. "No Country for Old Men" is directed brilliantly, acted brilliantly, written brilliantly, photographed brilliantly, and what little music there is -- well, brilliant.
"No Country for Old Men" is a masterpiece. Undoubtedly, it gets a FOUR COURSE MEAL review.
