"10 Cloverfield Lane" is a low-budget, simple, yet very effective horror movie. It is not too gory. It is not too scary. It feels just right. The pacing is good, the sense of isolation is well-managed, and Jon Goodman brings in a very chilling performance. This movie breaks no boundaries and is not overly original, but it knows what it is.
I thoroughly enjoyed "10 Cloverfield Lane". And that is why it gets a FAST FOOD MEAL review.
