Here's the thing -- I love Joss Whedon. I think he is one of the most talented, entertaining, and provocative writers of the twenty first century. Everything he writes resonates with a humanity and a pathos rarely seen in modern literature, let alone a silly, little television series about a teenage girl struggling with the woes and tragedy of high school, as well as a bevy of Vampires and demons. His stories and characters have made me laugh and cry and become enraged, they have stirred my imagination and my emotions. And guess what? Joss Whedon's "Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog" is no exception to this rule. This seemingly innocent little internet experiment is some of the most entertaining, funny, and riveting television. The story is simple and accessible. The acting superb, the music absolutely beautiful; once again, Whedon serves up a world full of interesting and engaging characters, a world not unlike our own, but wholly and magnificently different.
Trust me, see "Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog". You'll thank me later. Go here to see it: http://www.hulu.com/watch/28343/dr-horribles-sing-along-blog
