Myst3 If you haven't gotten the game, "Myst 3- Exile", go out and do so. Don't wonder about it. Don't question whether or not you think it's going to be cool. Just do it. This game is for people who like to think. This game is for artists. This game is for us.
petergabriel.com This man is quite possibly the greatest influence of my life. If you know nothing about Peter Gabriel buy melting face. It doesn't have a title, just Gabriel and his melting face. Then buy the next one, the one with the cover of him biting a metal rod, the one with "Shock the Monkey" on it. With songs like "The Intruder", "San Jacinto", "Salsbury Hill", "Mercy Street", "Rhythm of the Heat", "I have the touch", and yes... (regardless of what the cynics and philistines like to think) one of the most beauteous pop songs ever written, "In Your Eyes" you simply cannot go wrong. Come on, don't be shy, and don't act like you never saw the Jon Cusack movie.
georgerrmartin Okay... what he is (he of course being George R.R. Martin), or more to the point what he has done, is succeed in writing one of the most endearing and enjoyable fantasy series since, "The Fellowship of the Ring". Don't believe me? Read the series, "A Song of Ice and Fire", and prove me wrong. In fact, say what you will, I find Martin to be a much more enjoyable, much more adult, much more professional and well-crafted read than Tolkien.
hplovecraft You simply do not know horror fiction until you've read the works of Howard Phillips Lovecraft... period.
Ray Bradbury What do I say about the man, the god, the icon, the legend, the, arguably, greatest writer of the 20th century… the one, the absolute… Ray Bradbury that has not already been said. He is the greatest influence on me as a writer. If I were trying to emulate anyone (and I'm not) I would be lucky, no thrilled… nay! ecstatic to possess an ounce of the talent it would take to emulate the master, Ray Bradbury. I would crawl across a field of broken glass just to lick the tires of the car that brought him to me. (Okay… that was a little over the top!)
Suffice it to say, Ray is king. Always has been. Always will be.
Here is a simple smattering of his work and career spanning seven decades, numerous awards, and a myriad of fans. Read anything by him… ANYTHING! and you will be impressed.

scars.tv Recently, I published a short story in the on-line magazine, Scars Publication and Design. There's no money in it, but it's a step in the right direction. It's a newer piece, written last summer about a young man struggling for reason and sanity in a world of madness. You can go to their web sight to read it, if you find yourself thus inclined.

Bevel Studios This is only one of my good friends many and diverse talents. He created this website, much to my growing amazement. He is my link to the past, and quite possibly, my future. And he is the tie to the land, which calls to me when all I can hear is the howl of the cold wind through the tamaracks. Furthermore, he's one of the nicest Montanan's you'll ever meet.
